I stayed at this comfortable hotel for a few days with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were impeccably clean and the kitchenette was equipped enough for us to prepare coffee and breakfast. Although the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the port, the nearby road can be busy with scooters, quads, and horses, which may be challenging for families with kids. However, the hotel is conveniently close to Aghia Marina beach and the old harbor. We also enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the family who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast provided was exceptional, and the room itself was cozy and allowed us to cook dinner. The owner, Tina, was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and gave us excellent suggestions for daily activities, which helped us fall in love with Spetses. our stay was ideal, especially for our first trip with our 9-month-old baby. The room was spacious and well-furnished, complete with a quality baby bed. The cleanliness of the room was maintained impeccably, with bedsheets and bath towels being changed daily. The villa itself is stunning, with a peaceful rooftop area furnished with tables and chairs. Moreover, it is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Spetses.
I can recommend this hotel.

Super breakfast with homemade jam and orange juice is a great value. Really helpful staff make the experience enjoyable.- Perfect and quiet location, close to the Museum of Spetses.- Nice surroundings close enough to both old and new ports.- A nearly-deserted beach surrounded by pine trees and crystal clear water is pristine.

The breakfast was a feast fit for a queen! So much delicious homemade food, I turned it into a picnic for lunch! The hosts were kind and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy.
It was like living in a dark cave, zero natural light. Lovely if you're a vampire!

I gotta say, Villa Kalomira was totally worth the money. The room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the view. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lively area with all the cool shops and restaurants. And the staff? They treated me like a VIP, always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast delights, but could use more variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with juice, toast, homemade jam, fruits. Our room was perfect with AC and a spacious patio with a sun umbrella. It was a peaceful space, only a 7-minute walk to town. Highly recommend!
Although there could have been more choices for breakfast, such as croissants, ham, various cereals, scramble eggs, feta. The limited number of tables outside meant we had to queue to sit outside.

The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the port and restaurants. The spacious rooms are always spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The friendly and hospitable staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering a delicious traditional Greek breakfast in a beautiful courtyard.
The hotel could improve the Wi-Fi connection for business travelers.

I had been wanting to visit Bouboulina's Museum in Spetses Town for a long time, so I chose Villa Kalomira due to its convenient location. But what pleasantly surprised me was the option of late check-out after 12:00, which allowed me to explore the nearby Church Panagia Armata without any rush. Additionally, being surrounded by the scents of basil, lavender, and other flowers while enjoying breakfast or a drink created a truly enjoyable atmosphere. Moreover, having a bakery, a supermarket, and a variety of taverns within a short walk from Villa Kalomira was very convenient.

The breakfast they served us every morning was delicious and we ate it on the patio. The room was simple but perfect with AC and a big patio with a sun umbrella. The location was great, just a 7-minute walk to town. Highly recommend!
If I had to ask for one thing to make it even more fun for young party-goers, I would say it would be great if they had some live music or a DJ playing at the hotel.
